RUN BANFF RUN…..

Each year more than 300 of the world’s best mountain sport, cultural, environmental, adventure and exploration films are shown during the week-long Banff Mountain Film Festival in the Canadian Rockies.  The annual competition attracts entries for all over the globe.

A highlight of the most recent festival was a collection of incredible inspirational running films.  So in 2017 we bring you the special running edit: BANFF MOUNTAIN FILM FESTIVAL – RUN PROGRAM.

Featuring 4 films that focus on running the program is packed full of highs, lows, summits, sweat, tears, injury and elation.

Find your pack, grab the body glide and Clif shots and join us at the limited BANFF MOUNTAIN FILM FESTIVAL – RUN PROGRAM screenings.

Running groups, lycra and sweat all welcome.

GET YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THEY ALL RUN OUT…

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAM INCLUDE:

FIFTY (30 mins): Follow one man's bold attempt to run 50 mountain marathons over 50 peaks in just 50 days, around the spectacular landscapes New Zealand, in order to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation.
CURIOSITY (13 mins): Discover what inspires ultra-marathoners Rory Bosio, Timothy Olson and Hal Koerner as they prepare for the Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc.
MIRA (42 mins): Growing up in a remote mountain village in Nepal, Mira always dreamed of being successful in sport despite all the challenges that she and other Nepali girls face, which has prepared her perfectly for the sport of running.
